CONTRACT PERIOD: FROM JAN 2026 TO DEC 2026

SIMPLE DRY SERVICE CONTRACT:

Under this Maintenance contract, we undertake to inspect, service, repair, and maintain the above-mentioned equipment for a period of ONE YEAR as specified below. During the said period the Company’s Representative will carry out THREE (2 DRY & 1 WET SERVICE) or FOUR (DRY SERVICES) periodical inspections.

At every such inspection, the following work will be carried out.

ROUTINE SERVICE SCHEDULE:

1. Remove and clean /wash, the airletter.
2.Clean all sheet metal parts and grease if necessary.
3.Clean the condenser and the evaporator coils at accessible places with a blower.
4.Check Fan operation for noise.
5.Check all electrical components, viz. Relay, Capacitors, Overload, and Thermostat for automatic performance
6.Lubricate Fan Motor Bearings.
7.Clean the base where water collects.
8.Inspect and tighten sealed unit terminals, nuts, bolts, screws, etc.
9.Finally fit back the machine, record the outside grill and room temperature, and hand over the machine in good working condition.

ADDITIONAL UNDERTAKING:

1.The company’s representative will also attend to in-between calls that may arise in respect of the defective working of the machine only.
2.To bring to your attention the overall condition of your machine or to submit to you our recommendations viz. repairs/replacement of parts that may be found necessary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

FOR A SIMPLE DRY SERVICE CONTRACT:

The above service contract does not include the cost of spare parts, workshop cleaning, overhauling, or any major repair that may necessitate the removal of the machine or its parts to our workshop.

This SERVICE CONTRACT does not include the repairing of the compressor, gas charging, sheet metal parts, outer, front grill & or air fitter. For any repairs or replacement of the compressor, those charges will be borne separately by the customer along with transportation.
